Circuit training
is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to
target fat loss, build muscle and improve heart fitness.
Circuit
training is designed to be “quick” in that each training station is between 45
seconds and two minutes. However, with some twelve stations it can easy take
20-45 minutes per circuit. Also, each station is working a single body part and does not allow you to work the body as it was made to be worked!
The Quick
Gym is not only faster by having two stations of 4-minutes each but it provides
a greater range of motion, it reaches into anaerobic for better lung and
cardiovascular work.
